Nutrition Information Service
This program was launched in March 1999 and focusses on nutritional and dietary information. We are currently working on providing links on our web site to reliable and informative nutrition information sites.
Referral Service
The Toronto Blue Book can be accessed online at 211Toronto.ca. The book will provide you with numbers for food assistance, Ryerson services, walk-in clinics/health centres, sexual assault lines, childcare, family counselling, information lines and many other services provided in Ontario. If you need help or are unsure where to go, come into the Food Room and talk to a coordinator or volunteer.
The Daily Bread Food Bank
The Daily Bread Food Bank supplies the Community Food Room with perishable and non-perishable food items. The Community Food Room would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Daily Bread Food Bank for providing us with essential food to serve our students.
