On behalf of the Community Food Room and the RSU, we would like to Thank You for the amazing contributions we've recieved during the Winter Food Drive.
The Community Food Room is located at SCC 212 on the 2nd Floor of the Student Centre (55 Gould St). We offer a variety of programs and services centred around food security and advocacy.
The Community Food Room helps people in financial need to overcome difficult times with free non-perishable food items and occasionally, fresh perishables. In addition, we distribute the Good Food Box that features fresh fruit and vegetables available for purchase (please ask us for more information, or visit www.foodshare.net). From time to time, workshops and food drives are organized and the Community Food Room encourages all to participate.
